1.What forms of payment do you accept?

Edumantoys.com accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For In Store and Phone Orders payment we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay and PayPal.

2. I returned my item, when can I expect my refund to be processed?

We make every effort to expedite the processing of your refund or exchange. Once we receive your package, please allow 5 - 7 business days for your refund or exchange request to be processed.

3. Can I return an item that I am not satisfied with?

If there has any problem about our products that you have received, please email us first. We will give you the best solution. We valued every our customers and very happy to help them solve their problems.
Once you decide to return the item of your order, and we approved your request. You have 7 calendar days to return the item from the date that we approved it. You must message us before you start return as soon as possible. Furthermore, please email us some pictures of your item, before you sending them back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you send the pictures to us.
*Please notice: We have some gemstone products, because every stones are different. It cannot look exactly like the pictures that we post. We will not accept the return reason such as “The gemstones I got looks not like the picture.”

4. How can I change or cancel my order?

After you have clicked "Purchase" your order begins to process and we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order. Please contact our customer service department at service@edumantoys.com for further assistance with this issue.

5. How can I check my order status?

You can check your order status by logging into your account and checking your order status. If you did not log into an account or create one, we would be more than happy to update you. You can reach us via Chat, Email or by giving our customer service department a call. Once shipped; you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been shipped along with your tracking number.

6. Do you have an In-Store Pick Up option?

We are sorry but no option for it right now, hope we can have in the future.

7. I'm looking for an item but I can't find it on your website, how can I confirm if you carry it?

We would be more than happy to check our inventory for that item for you; we do carry more items in our store than we have displayed on our website. If we do not have the item available, we may be able to order the item in for you directly from the Manufacturer. Please contact our customer service department for more information.

8. I just placed an order, when will it ship?
